1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The product must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
- Certain items like handcrafted art pieces, customized products, or sale/discounted items may not be eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale
- Gift cards and vouchers
- Handcrafted art items (unless damaged on delivery)
- Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., innerwear, accessories, etc.)
3. Damaged or Defective Products
We take utmost care in packaging and quality checks. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the issue.
We will:
- Arrange for a replacement or exchange, OR
- Offer a full refund after verification

4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:
- Email us at info@hdbrmaison.com with your order details and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
- If approved, we’ll arrange for a pickup through our courier partner (in selected pin codes).
- Please pack the item securely in its original packaging for pickup.
Note: In areas where pickup service is not available, customers may be asked to self-ship the item to our return address.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
After approval, the refund will be processed as follows:
- Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to your original payment method (Bank / UPI / Wallet) within 5–7 business days.
- COD Orders: Refund will be issued via bank transfer after verifying your account details.
Refund timelines may vary slightly based on your bank or payment gateway.
6. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or color, please mention it while initiating your return.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Only one exchange per order is permitted.
- If the requested product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
- Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible — you can opt for a return after delivery.
- Refund for cancelled orders (if prepaid) will be initiated within 3–5 business days.
8. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to defective, damaged, or incorrect items, HDBR Maison will cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other returns (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.
